We believe that word of mouth is still a very effective campaigning tool. Please do tell others that Cesar Montano is running for senate not as an actor, but as a regular citizen just like any of us. He has expressed his love for his country through his movies and his works, and helped many in his own little way. We need his kind in the senate.
